Registered Technician Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all registered apprenticeship guidelines and program requirements
• Complete required safety training and perform work in strict accordance with safety policies
• Partner with Production, Shift Technicians, Engineers, and Facilities teams to support daily priorities
• Monitor system or tool performance and respond to alarms, faults, or abnormal conditions
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance on assigned equipment or systems
• Identify and fix basic to intermediate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or software-related issues
• Accurately document work performed, tool status, and maintenance actions
• Work in cleanroom, industrial, and electro-static discharge (ESD) sensitive environments

Requirements

• Coursework in electronics, electricity, HVAC, mechatronics, or industrial systems
• Basic understanding of AC/DC electrical fundamentals
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, or technical manuals
• Interest in semiconductor manufacturing or critical infrastructure systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on exposure to instrumentation or facility control systems
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, military technical training, or lab environments
