Registered Safety Officer

Responsibilities

• Develop construction phase plans and ensure legal compliance
• Manage site risks and ensure worker health and safety
• Implement and monitor safety policies across construction sites
• Conduct safety audits and site inspections to identify hazards
• Train employees on safety practices and safe work procedures
• Prepare and submit weekly and monthly safety reports
• Promote a culture of safety on-site

Requirements

• Registered Safety Officer status is mandatory
• Certificate in Safety Supervisor or Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Health & Safety monitoring for construction or renovation
• Experience with office and facility premises
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese
