Registered Psychologist

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based psychological assessment, counselling, and interventions to support student mental health and wellbeing
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary Student Health and Wellbeing team to provide integrated, student-centred care
• Contribute to a proactive, university-wide approach to mental health aligned with UWA’s Wellbeing and Student Experience frameworks
• Manage caseloads, maintain accurate clinical records, and meet service timelines

Requirements

• AHPRA Registered Psychologist
• Substantial experience delivering counselling and psychological services
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and safety planning
• Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Current National Police Clearance
• Working with Children Check
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse student populations
