Responsibilities

• Prepare, fill, label, and package prescription medications with accuracy and care
• Maintain and update patient profiles, medication records, and prescription histories
• Support pharmacists in processing prescriptions and addressing inquiries
• Assist with inventory management, tracking levels, and restocking
• Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment in accordance with NAPRA and College of Pharmacists of BC regulations
• Contribute to quality control processes and pharmacy documentation
• Support packaging supply management and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the College of Pharmacists of BC in good standing
• Experience in a fast-paced or mail-order pharmacy environment is an asset
• High level of precision in labelling, documentation, and inventory handling
• Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy systems and strong computer literacy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
