Responsibilities

• Conduct final package verification to ensure prescriptions are prepared, labeled, and packaged accurately
• Maintain and update patient profiles, medication records, and prescription histories
• Support pharmacists in processing prescriptions and addressing inquiries
• Assist with inventory management, including tracking levels and restocking
• Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary environment in accordance with NAPRA and OCP regulations
• Contribute to quality control processes and pharmacy documentation
• Support packaging supply management to maintain efficient workflows

Requirements

• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP) in good standing
• Proficiency with Kroll pharmacy system
• Strong computer literacy
• High attention to detail in labeling and documentation
• Ability to work 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Wednesday
• Availability for flexible rotation between weekday and weekend shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy experience in a fast-paced or mail-order environment
