About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, implement and review patients aged 0-18 years in a fast-paced environment
- Triage patients upon arrival into A&E
- Perform wound care including suturing and gluing
- Communicate effectively with doctors and relevant healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively within a team to provide safe levels of care
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration
- At least 6 months recent UK NHS experience within the Paediatric A&E sector
- Previous experience within a Paediatric setting
- Ability to provide a clinical reference and cover the last three years of employment
- Enhanced DBS or ability to apply for one
- Right to work within the UK
