Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients on assigned shifts
- Follow Comprehensive Care Plans for patients
- Assist Unit Manager with accurate patient record documentation
- Supervise direct resident care personnel
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects
- Address physical, psychological, social, and medical needs of residents
Requirements
- Current license as an RN or LPN in the State of Indiana
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening and physical examination
- Knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and local/state/federal regulations
- Competency in supervision and leadership
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
