Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage nursing care for patients on assigned shifts
• Follow Comprehensive Care Plans for all patients
• Assist Unit Manager with accurate patient record documentation
• Supervise direct resident care personnel
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements

• Current nursing license in the State of Indiana
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening and physical examination
• Competency in supervision and leadership
• Strong organizational and observational skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
