Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct home health visits for patients within assigned territories (Needham/Canton teams)
• Provide high-quality nursing care in a home-based setting
• Utilize Home Care Home Base EMR system for documentation
• Perform Oasis documentation accurately
• Manage time effectively to complete scheduled visits within a tight geographic area

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN license in good standing
• Proven experience in Home Health nursing
• Proficiency with Oasis E documentation
• Willingness to travel within assigned territories (Arlington, Belmont, Newton, Needham, Dover, Westwood or Franklin, Foxboro, Braintree, Duxbury)
