Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits to assess patient needs and provide necessary medical care
• Utilize Case Management, Oasis E documentation, and Home Care Home Base EMR system
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience
• Willingness to travel within a designated territory (Worcester, Shrewsbury, Boylston, and West Boylston)
• Ability to work with compassion, organization, and excellent multitasking skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care experience

• Competitive salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 (based on full-time schedule)
