Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care to patients and families focusing on disease prevention, health promotion, and restoring health
• Minimize the effects of illness or disability through dedicated patient care
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs within the care team
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in homes and assisted living facilities

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Home Health care
