Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Home Health Case Manager for patients in the Westboro and Marlboro territories
• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families in a home-based setting
• Manage patient caseloads with high levels of organization and multi-tasking
• Coordinate care plans and maintain clinical documentation

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience (acute care experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively
• Compassionate approach to patient and family interaction

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $86,000 - $129,000 (adjusted for part-time)
