Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Home Health RN Case Manager providing care to patients in their homes
• Manage patient care plans within the assigned territory (Randolph, Hingham, Braintree, and surrounding areas)
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality clinical outcomes

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience (acute care experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Compassionate approach to patient and family interaction

Benefits

• Competitive salary: $86,000 - $129,000 (based on full-time status)
