Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Home Health Registered Nurse Case Manager
• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families in their homes
• Manage patient care within the Ashland and Hopkinton territories
• Coordinate care plans and maintain organized patient documentation

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience (acute care experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Compassionate approach to patient and family interaction

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $86,000 - $129,000
