Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Home Health Registered Nurse in a Case Manager role
• Provide compassionate care to patients and their families within the assigned territory
• Manage patient care plans and coordinate services for the Ashland and Hopkinton areas
• Maintain organized documentation and multi-task effectively in a home-based setting

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (Ashland, Hopkinton, and surrounding towns)
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Compassionate approach to patient and family interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care experience

• Competitive salary range: $86,000 - $129,000
