Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for guests and team members while maintaining accurate and confidential records
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, external medical providers, and allied health practitioners
• Support injury management by assisting the Rehabilitation Coordinator with suitable duties programs
• Maintain and restock first aid kits and medical equipment
• Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing as per company policy
• Assist with team wellness initiatives, health promotion, and vaccination programmes
• Provide EAP referrals and support as required

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Minimum 4 years post-graduate experience (Occupational Health or Emergency nursing highly desirable)
• Certification in Provide First Aid (HLTAID011)
• Certification in Provide CPR (HLTA1D009) and Provide Advanced Resuscitation and Oxygen Therapy (HLTAID015)
• Valid Driver's License
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Physical fitness to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift/carry loads up to 13 kg
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and school holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital or clinic environment
• Occupational First Aid (HLTSS00068) certification
• Rehabilitation and Return to Work Co-Ordinator Certification and experience
• Immunization for Hepatitis B
