Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with approved clinical guidelines
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and promptly report changes to the medical team
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support infection control, patient safety, and quality improvement initiatives
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Valid DOH Abu Dhabi Registered Nurse license or eligibility to obtain
• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the UAE healthcare system
• Exposure to multiple specialties such as medical-surgical, outpatient, or community health
• ACLS certification
