Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class, family-centered care for pediatric medical and surgical patients
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support patients ranging from premature neonates to young adults
• Manage care for general pediatric medicine and surgery patients, as well as specialty services including GI, Pulmonary, ID, Liver Transplant, Genetics, and Plastic Surgery
• Utilize the "FISH" philosophy to influence nursing practice and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues and leaders to maintain a high-standard, supportive work environment

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN license
• 1 year of current Pediatric RN experience
• A complete and accurate resume must be attached to the application

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Recent experience (within the last year) in pediatric pulmonary, GI, or burn care
• Demonstrated excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Flexibility to adapt to a high-energy clinical environment
