About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to complex medicine patients requiring telemetry monitoring within an adult medical telemetry unit
- Utilize the nursing process to deliver world-class care to patients and their families using a team approach
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Magnet-recognized hospital environment
- Float to designated units as needed during times of low census
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN license
- Successful completion of the NCLEX
- Submission of a complete and accurate resume
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- One or more years of Medical/Surgical/Telemetry experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated desire to work with the adult medical patient population
