Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care to complex medicine patients using the nursing process
• Monitor patients requiring telemetry in a 48-bed coronary medicine and structural heart unit
• Participate in a 6-10 week orientation including training on basic arrhythmias and electrophysiology
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to provide high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements

• Current Michigan RN license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Successful completion of the NCLEX
• Graduate Nurse (GN) applicants are considered; GN candidates must pass the NCLEX within 45 days of hire
• A complete and accurate resume is required for consideration

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous patient care experience or relevant clinical skills
• Demonstrated time management and problem-solving abilities
• Strong professional communication skills
