Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent clinical care to patients in an Intermediate Care Facility
• Help patients reach their clinical goals
• Work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
• Provide compassion and companionship to residents

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in IL
• Prior experience in a SNF or ICF preferred
• Experience or desire to work with behavioral health populations
• Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care/PCC preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) or Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF)
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) software
