Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned staff, supplies, and equipment to ensure quality care
• Provide supervision, coaching, and in-service education for nursing assistants and medication aides
• Oversee onboarding and training of new nursing staff
• Assess residents' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
• Complete and document admissions, ongoing assessments, and care plans
• Revise care plans based on continual assessment and communicate changes to the RN Care Coach
• Administer treatments, medications, and IV fluids safely
• Respond promptly to crises and participate in direct care
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and communicate effectively with physicians and supervisors
• Delegate tasks and monitor staff performance

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
