Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned staff, supplies, and equipment to ensure quality care
• Provide supervision, coaching, and in-service education for nursing assistants and medication aides
• Oversee onboarding and training of new nursing staff
• Assess residents' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
• Complete and document admissions, assessments, and care plans
• Administer treatments, medications, and IV fluids safely
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and communicate with physicians and families
• Respond to crises and assist with emergencies, admissions, and discharges

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Passion for compassionate, resident-focused care
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
