Registered Nurse Team Leader Emergency

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team within the Emergency Department to achieve unit-based goals and strategic objectives.
• Provide high-quality physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with the inter-professional team to guide and coordinate patient care.
• Manage resources effectively to ensure cost-effective and efficient unit operations.
• Ensure compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, Nursing Code of Ethics, and all applicable regulatory standards.
• Utilize evidence-based principles and the nursing process to care for a diverse caseload of patients.

Requirements

• Valid Ohio RN license.
• 1-3 years of job-related nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with constant interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
