Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care and assist in cosmetic surgery procedures
• Conduct pre- and post-operative assessments, patient education, and wound evaluations
• Monitor patient vitals and safety; administer and document medications
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure AAAHC compliance
• Lead emergency drills, maintain emergency equipment, and enforce HIPAA/PHI protections
• Conduct narcotic counts and monitor medication security
• Maintain sterile fields, OR setup, and clinic readiness
• Assist with staff interviews, evaluations, and clinical education
• Collaborate with the Practice Manager to ensure adequate medical staffing

Requirements

• A.D.N. or B.S.N. required; active Compact Nursing License accepted in lieu of state-specific licensure
• Current ACLS certification
• Proficient in MS Office and EMR systems
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Visual/hearing acuity and stress tolerance required

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-op and/or OR circulator experience preferred; not required, will train on the job
