Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent patient care and assist in cosmetic surgery procedures
• Conduct pre- and post-operative assessments, patient education, and wound evaluations
• Monitor patient vitals and safety; administer and document medications
• Maintain sterile field, OR setup, and equipment sterilization
• Ensure accurate, timely patient records and AAAHC compliance
• Lead emergency drills and maintain emergency kits and AEDs
• Enforce HIPAA, PHI protections, and medication security protocols
• Participate in QA/QI initiatives, peer reviews, and incident reporting
• Assist with RN/LPN interviews, staff evaluations, and clinical education
• Oversee clinic readiness, stock levels, and daily inspection logs

Requirements

• A.D.N. or B.S.N. required; active Compact Nursing License accepted
• Current, unencumbered nursing license with ongoing renewal compliance
• Current ACLS certification
• Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Visual and hearing acuity with stress tolerance

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Op and/or OR Circulator experience preferred (not required; on-the-job training provided)
