Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre/post-op assessments, patient education, and wound evaluations
• Support physicians during procedures and monitor patient vitals
• Administer and document medications, including lidocaine and antibiotic prophylaxis
• Lead emergency drills and maintain medical kits and AED checks
• Enforce HIPAA, PHI protections, and proper documentation
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with AAAHC
• Participate in QA/QI initiatives and peer reviews
• Assist with RN/LPN interviews and staff evaluations
• Maintain sterile field and proper OR setup
• Oversee equipment sterilization and clinic readiness

Requirements

• A.D.N. or B.S.N. required
• Active Compact Nursing License or state-specific licensure
• Current ACLS certification
• Proficiency in MS Office and EMR systems
• Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Visual/hearing acuity and stress tolerance

Preferred Qualifications

• Post Op experience
• OR Circulator experience
