Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical history, patient vital signs, intake, and prioritize patient care
• Perform medical procedures including IV access, phlebotomy, administering vaccines, POC rapid tests, IV medications, and EKGs
• Assist with patient care within the scope of practice as part of the care team
• Document patient information in EHR and Salesforce
• Maintain and track medication inventory
• Coordinate care with Aftercare, house calls teams, or Medical Partners
• Ensure adherence to clinical policies and deliver quality care
• Use patient-centered empathetic communication to answer questions and ensure comfort
• Participate in house calls if requested

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Current California Registered Professional Nurse license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification
• 2-3 years of emergency or urgent care experience
