Responsibilities

• Take a leadership role within the team to organize and drive operations forward
• Supervise staff regarding health and medical care issues
• Maintain continuous dialogue with relatives and inform them of changes in health status
• Collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and external contacts to ensure high-quality care
• Organize nursing care in the best possible way

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (Legitimerad sjuksköterska)
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driver's license
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Ability to provide an unblemished criminal record extract

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in social psychiatry or inpatient psychiatric care
