Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing (PRN)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and administer medications in compliance with Federal and State regulations and company guidelines
• Complete acute and long-term care plans or service plans for residents
• Manage admissions, including all necessary assessments and documentation
• Perform clinical system tracking, such as wound care or infection control, under the direction of the Director of Nursing
• Notify physicians and family members of any changes in resident health status
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies and provide proper documentation
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
• Valid CPR certification
• 1+ years of experience in a skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely
