Registered Nurse - Sexual Reproductive Health

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage client health needs to identify appropriate care pathways
• Deliver clinical care through comprehensive face-to-face and telehealth assessments
• Coordinate care by collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of GPs and Nurse Practitioners
• Support client goal setting to empower them in managing their own health and wellbeing
• Facilitate referrals and connect clients to essential services at the right time
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete required reporting
• Contribute to service improvement through quality initiatives and data collection
• Participate in team meetings and reflective practice to maintain clinical excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor of Applied Science (Nursing) or equivalent qualification
• Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
• Nurse immuniser certification
• Proven nursing experience at Grade 2 Year 4 level or above
• Experience in women's health or sexual and reproductive health
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to develop care plans
• Commitment to providing inclusive, culturally safe, and client-centred support
• Proficiency in using digital health systems and clinical software
