Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments, document health concerns, and evaluate patient needs based on symptoms and history
• Administer medications, treatments, and immunizations as ordered by physicians
• Provide patient education on medical conditions, procedures, and treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assist in procedures and surgeries, ensuring sterile techniques and appropriate patient monitoring
• Monitor vital signs, assess reactions to treatments, and make necessary adjustments to care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with regulations
• Provide leadership and support to medical assistants, LPNs, and other clinical team members
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA standards

Requirements

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or specialty clinic setting
• Active BLS and ACLS certification
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
