Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Supervise and administer medication in compliance with Federal, State, and corporate regulations
• Manage admissions of new residents, including assessments and documentation
• Complete acute and long-term care or service plans
• Track clinical systems such as wounds or infection control
• Manage discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation
• Provide health-related consultations and notify physicians or families of health changes
• Respond to emergencies and maintain communication with all departments
• Maintain resident confidentiality and participate in Safety & Disaster Plans
• Conduct educational meetings for residents and staff

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience/training
• 1+ years of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• CPR certification
• Basic computer skills
• Fluency in English
