About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and administer medication in compliance with Federal, State, and corporate regulations
- Manage admissions of new residents, including assessments and documentation
- Complete acute and long-term care or service plans
- Track clinical systems such as wounds or infection control
- Manage discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Provide health-related consultations and notify physicians or families of health changes
- Respond to emergencies and maintain communication with all departments
- Maintain resident confidentiality and participate in Safety & Disaster Plans
- Conduct educational meetings for residents and staff
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience/training
- 1+ years of experience in skilled, sub-acute, or memory care settings
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- CPR certification
- Basic computer skills
- Fluency in English
