Registered Nurse – School Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and health assessments to students and school staff
• Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as required
• Maintain accurate medical and health records in compliance with UAE health regulations
• Monitor student health and development, identifying any concerns or risks
• Deliver health education and wellness programs for students and staff
• Support school staff with guidance on health, safety, and first aid protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare and academic teams to ensure a safe and healthy school environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Valid DOH / HAAD License or DOH Passer
• Strong understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage confidential health information

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric or school nursing experience
• BLS / ALS certifications
• Fluency in Arabic
