Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with professional standards
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient progress
• Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families to support recovery
• Maintain emergency readiness and supervise support staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
• 1–2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
• Nursing Colloquium completion
• Nursing license from MOPH
• Registration in the Order of Nurses
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Competence in medical documentation and infection control standards
