Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit, acting as a service line between Med-Surg and ICU units
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, analyze data, and implement effective treatment plans
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate patient care throughout hospital departments
• Administer medications safely in accordance with state practice and organizational policies
• Act as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Determine the priority of patient needs and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 6 months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
