Registered Nurse (RN) - Telemetry

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients in the telemetry unit
• Act as a vital service line link between Med-Surg and ICU units
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and analyze data
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve clinical outcomes
• Administer medications safely in accordance with state practice and organizational policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
• Serve as a patient safety advocate through ongoing quality improvement participation

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 6 months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
• ACLS certification obtained at the time of hire
