Registered Nurse (RN) Project Management Senior Consultant

Responsibilities

• Provide program delivery leadership and clinical-operations support across service line workstreams
• Manage team workload, quality, and stakeholder coordination for Military Health System (MHS) governance
• Lead workstreams by translating priorities into weekly plans and measurable outcomes
• Direct day-to-day tasking, coaching, and quality review for assigned team members
• Establish operating rhythms including standups, action tracking, and dashboards
• Produce meeting outputs such as agendas, minutes, and tasker summaries
• Coordinate training support for the clinical operations program management team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
• 5+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, operations, or healthcare administration/consulting
• 2+ years of experience leading workstreams or managing complex deliverables
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting federal or government healthcare environments
• Experience supporting DHA/Military Health system
• Experience with governance deliverables like briefing packages and decision memos
• Strong clinical policy writing skills
