Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre-Surgical Testing

Responsibilities

• Gather data through history taking and physical assessment to plan and implement interventions
• Develop, evaluate, and revise patient plans of care and nursing actions
• Apply principles of organized thinking to make sound clinical judgments and decisions
• Document care provided and monitor patient progress toward desired outcomes
• Direct and supervise others in the performance of delegated nursing activities
• Educate patients and their families regarding care plans and post-procedure management
• Manage time and resources effectively to deliver individualized, quality patient care
• Lead the healthcare team within the pre-surgical testing environment

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current New Hampshire State Registered Nurse license
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification
• At least 2 years of clinical specialty experience
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
