Registered Nurse (RN Overnights) - Hospice

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice nursing care during overnight shifts
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families regarding hospice philosophy, services, and care expectations
• Perform ongoing assessments and accurately document patient progress, interventions, and outcomes
• Partner with physicians, healthcare professionals, and volunteers to coordinate comprehensive care
• Support patients and caregivers through meaningful education and emotional support
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality initiatives

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current New Hampshire nursing license or a compact state license (NLC)
• Minimum of two years of acute care nursing experience
• Three to four years of recent general medical/surgical or skilled/acute care nursing experience
