Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee medical services for a caseload of patients
• Act as medical treatment plan coordinator for the multidisciplinary team
• Administer medications and engage in patient education
• Utilize de-escalation skills to maintain safety
• Provide admission, orientation, and discharge plans
• Obtain vital signs and monitor symptoms
• Document medical assessments, progress notes, and treatment planning in a timely manner
• Coordinate with utilization review and managed care representatives

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nebraska
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Knowledge of electronic medical records systems (KIPU preferred)
• Ability to maintain strong professional boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use disorder treatment
