Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and engage in patient education
• Coordinate medical treatment and discharge plans within a multidisciplinary team
• Monitor patient vital signs, symptoms, and behaviors
• Utilize de-escalation skills to maintain safety for patients and staff
• Perform admissions, orientations, and discharge processes
• Document medical assessments, progress notes, and treatment planning in a timely manner
• Maintain professional boundaries and patient confidentiality

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
• Minimum age of 21 years
• Current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (KIPU preferred)
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain strong personal boundaries

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in behavioral healthcare or substance use disorder treatment
