Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough resident assessments and reassessments
• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Supervise LPN care staff and day-to-day nursing activities in accordance with state regulations
• Monitor the health, safety, and well-being of all residents
• Assist in training and monitoring medication administration
• Maintain clinical quality assurance following federal, state, and local standards
• Promote high service standards and demonstrate the company mission

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license
• Experience working with residents with Alzheimer’s or other related dementias
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel)
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and kneeling
• Knowledge of federal and state nursing regulations and practices

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care, assisted living, home health, or a hospital setting
