Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg - Neuro

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients with medical and surgical diagnoses in a Med-Surg and Neuro unit
• Assess patient status using strong organizational and leadership skills
• Implement clinical nursing interventions and develop patient care plans to improve outcomes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality care
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and perform accurate charting
• Evaluate, update, and revise plans of care to facilitate expected patient outcomes
• Administer medications safely in accordance with State of Practice and company policies

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• One year of RN experience
• BLS certification (ACLS is acceptable in lieu of BLS)

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing
• Six months of RN experience in an acute care hospital setting
