Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation to deliver individualized resident care
• Provide care, counseling, health teaching, medication administration, and treatment support
• Promote health maintenance, illness prevention, and emergency response
• Supervise, teach, and delegate nursing care activities
• Perform nursing assessments on new admissions and document essential entries accurately
• Coordinate laboratory testing, treatments, and family education

Requirements

• Active, current, unrestricted RN license in Kentucky or compact state
• Ability to pass facility requirements
• New graduates are welcome
