Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced, patient-centered care to critically ill individuals using clinical expertise and critical thinking.
• Collaborate with a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and exceptional outcomes.
• Support and educate patients' families during high-stress and emotional situations.
• Respond rapidly to deteriorating patient conditions within a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Utilize advanced life-support systems and technology, including ventilators, CRRT, and hemodynamic monitoring.

Requirements

• Current Montana RN license or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice in Montana.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an ICU or critical care unit.
• Healthcare Provider (HCP) CPR and/or BLS certification.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology, and principles of professional nursing practice.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN degree.
• Open Heart nursing experience.
