Registered Nurse (RN) - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to acute, critical patients requiring intensive medical care
• Conduct and analyze initial and ongoing patient assessments to create and implement care plans
• Synthesize and prioritize information to take immediate, decisive, evidence-based actions
• Anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions with clinical judgment
• Administer medications safely in accordance with state practice and organizational policies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 1 year of RN experience
• BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• 6 months of RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department units
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification
