Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health & Hospice

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate delivery of patient care
• Accountable for direct patient care and supervision of professional and ancillary personnel
• Plan for educational needs of patients and families to maintain or restore health status
• Implement nursing plans and coordinate with medical and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
• Float to other departments as patient needs dictate

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current nursing license in the State of Washington
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers card
• At least one year of recent experience as an RN
• Valid Washington State driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and valid automobile insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• One to two years of clinical experience in an appropriate nursing area
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• PEARS certification
• Medicare Certified Home Health or Hospice experience
