Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Care

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Case Manager providing home health care to patients within assigned territories
• Deliver compassionate care to patients and their families in their homes
• Manage patient care plans and coordinate services to meet individual needs
• Maintain organized documentation and multi-task effectively in a field environment

Requirements

• Valid Massachusetts RN License in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of med/surg experience (acute care experience is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (including Randolph, Hingham, Bridgewater, Braintree, and surrounding areas)
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
• Compassionate approach to patient and family interaction

Benefits

• Competitive salary range: $86,000 - $129,000 (based on full-time status)
• Benefits start on Day 1, including medical, dental, and vision
