Registered Nurse - RN

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent home dialysis care for assigned patients
• Perform patient assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Train patients and home partners on safe dialysis therapy and equipment use
• Monitor treatment response, document findings, and communicate issues to the physician as needed
• Administer medications, support emergency response measures, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes and facility operations

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Current state nursing licensure
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of Registered Nurse experience preferred
• Home dialysis therapy experience preferred
• Ability to meet state practice requirements and perform physically demanding clinical work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nephrology nursing or home therapies
• Prior peritoneal dialysis or hemodialysis experience
• Strong patient education and care coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and care teams
